I am happy to help provide other alternatives that may be at the cost of the client. Client adjustments will only be honored if I am contacted within 7 days of the original service. If you are still unhappy with the results of a service, have consulted with me, and received an adjustment, I will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client. This guarantee is void if: the client goes to a competing stylist before contacting me first &/or does not use professional/salon quality hair care products for care at home, including color.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary however I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of my policies are designed to benefit to you my guests and to provide the best quality service for my established and future clientele. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. I do ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via electronic process that ensures the information remains secure. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card: (Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of reserved service amount.) Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of reserved service amount. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your services may be rescheduled or altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible to pay for half the amount of the services reserved.
