In order to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment scheduling process, we have updated my booking policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the changes outlined below: 1️⃣ Credit Card on File: To secure your appointment, I now require a valid credit card to be on file. Don't worry, your card will not be charged unless there is a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time and not rescheduled. 2️⃣ 50% Nonrefundable Deposit: A 50% nonrefundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will go towards the total of your appointment. This deposit guarantees your appointment slot. 3️⃣ No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time without rescheduling, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 4️⃣ Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I want to accommodate your needs. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times before the 48 hour mark without incurring any additional charges. However, if you need to reschedule for the third time, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment.
